Due to factors beyond our control, the Throbbleheads originally slated to arrive in early September will now be arriving in mid-October.

Essentially, this is a global supply chain issue primarily caused by a decrease in available ocean vessels for the transportation of sea freight.

Because of the recent drop in consumer demand, ocean carriers are doing what’s called “tactical canceled sailings” so they can match the vessel space with orders and maximize efficiency. A major logistics company recently said its vessel cuts were by nearly 50% and that the pullback in vessel capacity may continue into 2024 until demands pick up again. In addition, the ongoing threat of labor action among rail and port workers in some geographies, port congestion in Europe, and weather-related schedule disruptions also contributes to cancelled sailings and port omissions.

To make up for the delay, we’ll be including a free limited edition merch item in every order.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We value your continued support, and look forward to announcing new Throbbleheads soon.

Cheers-
